A million thanks to kak Yati for borrowing me this valuable book. Considering it has only 75 pages, anyone could finish reading it in a few hours.

Speaking about who is Hasan al Banna, people would call him as a father of da’wa in this modern years. Anything about him, you can just ask mr. Google – there you’ll find a lot of information about him, his pictures, his family and the Muslim Brotherhood a.k.a Ikhwanul Muslimeen.

So basically this book will tell you how this teacher (mua’llim) taught his children, his wife. What has he done to nurture his son and daughters. His role basically following closely Rasulullah s.a.w. It shows how soft-hearted he is with his family that his children wouldn’t dare to do bad things Not because they afraid of him but because they Love him, they couldn’t do such things.

All in all, we have to remember that the most right person to be followed by (in dealing with family) is Rasulullah s.a.w as his famous saying “Khairukum khairukum li ahlih wa ana khairukum li ahlii” (HR. Tarmizi) which means “The best one of you is the best to his family, and I am the best one of you to my family ” [Tarmidzi]

It’s good to get motivation and inspiration by reading books about other great peoples. But must remember that the most perfect person in this world (as a father, as a son, as a grandfather, as a friend, as a husband, as a businessman, as a leader and so forth) is non other than Rasulullah s.a.w.

ps: If you are about to be a husband/father (alongside as a da’ie) reading this book is a Must!
